New figure style for my fashion illustration. I wanted something much simpler, so the dress would stand out more.

The dress is based almost exactly on a design from last year for a comic-book character of mine. (The comic is still being worked on, haha)

The original sized board has the flats and mini pattern pieces. I will not be posting it because I want to keep them. ^^ If anyone is interested in how mini pattern pieces and/or flats work, I can make a tut or just draw a few sample flats.

This is for pattern class.

This is a mini bubble dress with a waist cincher and coordinating armbands. The dress would be made of a lightweight fabric, maybe charmuese or bamboo, maybe simply cotton, depending on the market for which it was produced. The cincher could be anything from denim to brocade, again depending on market.
